Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or High School Diploma / GED with 4 years of equivalent experience
• 1 year of experience in business operations or administrative support
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, OneNote) and strong organizational skills

Responsibilities

• Operational Leadership Support for VP of Sales and senior directors
• Coordinate business reviews and planning cycles with cross-functional inputs
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Medical, and Finance on priority initiatives
• Manage operating cadence including calendar optimization, travel logistics and expense reporting
• Participate in a structured 18–24 month developmental path for exposure to senior leadership
• Maintain internal communications and update project trackers
