You will manage multiple medium to high complexity projects, coordinate with design teams, and ensure on-time delivery. The role requires four years of land development experience, a PE license or progress toward it within 6–12 months, and strong CAD skills with the ability to learn new software versions.

Qualificações

• Four years of land development civil engineering experience.
• PE license or ability to obtain within 6–12 months.
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering; advanced degrees optional.

Responsabilidades

• Manage multiple civil projects of medium to high complexity.
• Oversee scope, budgets, and project schedules.
• Coordinate with design teams, surveyors and consultants.
• Review contracts and support Principal in Charge on execution.
• Mentor staff and assist with client relations and marketing.
