• One year of supervisory project management experience on engineering/ construction projects.

• Experience reviewing CM submittals, budgets and schedules preferred.

Responsibilities

• Performs reviews on construction management services submittals and supervises CM consultants.
• Coordinates between engineers and CM consultants on project issues.
• Ensures CM cost proposals and payment packages comply with DEP procedures.
• Reviews CM consultant submittals for upper management approval.
• Coordinates with stakeholders to ensure projects progress to completion.
• Monitors CM consultants budgeting, scope and schedule adherence.
• Performs field visits to verify inspection quality from CM consultants.
• Tracks CM consultant performance with metrics.
• Complies with EH&S procedures related to assignments and environment.
• Reviews weekly KPI reports and monthly CM consultant budgets.
