Job summary

Renesas Electronics is seeking a Senior Manager/Director to lead Emerging Applications & Technology Architecture, guiding a team of architects across AI, robotics, edge computing, and cybersecurity. You will translate market opportunities into concrete system architectures and roadmaps, partnering with product and engineering groups to shape future semiconductor solutions.

The role requires deep technical leadership, strategic influence, and the ability to drive cross-functional initiatives

Qualifications

Responsibilities

Define and drive system architecture strategy for emerging applications and technologies.
Identify and prioritize new market opportunities and technology trends.
Translate customer challenges into actionable system architectures and roadmaps.
Lead development of system-level architectures leveraging Renesas products.
Partner with product groups to influence roadmaps and requirements.
Build and mentor a high-performing team of architects.
Promote knowledge sharing and cross-regional collaboration.
