Job summary

Renesas Electronics seeks a Sr. Director of Applications in the Performance Computing Power division to build and lead a global org that turns Renesas silicon into design wins for AI and compute customers.

Own the technical relationship from architecture conversations to production ramp and be the voice of the customer in the NPI process. This is a build role requiring scaling leadership, rapid team development, and process enhancements to engage customers efficiently and deliver on aggressive

Qualifications

• Demonstrated track record building and scaling technical teams during rapid growth.
• Deep experience with datacenter power delivery architectures and related systems.
• Experience engaging with hyperscale, OEM, ODM, or ASIC customers at senior levels.

Responsibilities

• Build and scale the organization, owning recruiting, hiring, onboarding and talent development.
• Develop front-line managers and technical leads; design scalable operating cadences.
• Scale customer enablement through automation, guides, and modeling.
• Own the reference design portfolio for AI and compute power delivery.
• Manage technical escalations end-to-end and feed lessons into roadmaps.
