You will lead hands-on account management, oversee contracts, and coordinate cross‑functional teams to enable growth and reliable service delivery. The role requires 7–10 years in strategy and account management with 1–3 years of supervisory experience.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of direct strategy and account management experience.
• Supervisory experience (1–3 years).
• Experience in managing contracts and cross-functional execution.
• Strong financial modeling and KPI tracking skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Own governance for emerging accounts, driving performance and service delivery.
• Manage contract lifecycles, including scope, rates, billing and renewals.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver initiatives on time.
• Develop business cases and track KPIs for account growth.
• Prepare executive-ready briefings and reports on account health.
