Job summary

Glovis America, Inc. in Irvine, CA seeks a Supervisor - Strategy & Emerging Accounts to govern the governance lifecycle, oversee strategic planning, and coordinate across Commercial, Operations, Legal, Finance, and Corporate Planning to ensure contract commitments, KPI expectations, and profitability are clearly documented and executed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• 5-8 years of experience in business & data analysis, and project management.
• 6-9 years of project management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support strategic planning and governance for Emerging Accounts by compiling inputs for evaluation of growth opportunities and account priorities.
• Coordinate contract lifecycle activities including MSA/SOW/WO, renewals, amendments, and change requests with clear scope and delivery requirements.
• Compile and analyze KPI and profitability data for non-group accounts, track variances, and maintain action logs.
• Support implementation of scalable governance, templates, and processes to improve execution consistency.
• Prepare leadership updates and maintain reporting packs with traceable detail and escalation paths.
• Provide ad-hoc commercial decks, governance packs, and trackers with quality and version control.
