Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance is required.
• 7–10 years direct experience in accounting/finance is required.
• Experience in transportation, supply chain, or logistics is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the month-end closing process, ensure accurate financial reporting, analyze financial results, and maintain compliance with accounting standards and internal controls.
• Prepare and review revenue and cost analyses for management review and decision making.
• Support system enhancements for SAP and operating systems; manage KPI and core projects.
• Supervise, train, and mentor Accounting team members; coordinate with internal compliance and external auditors.
