Job summary

ServiceMaster of Greater Pittsburgh seeks a Senior Water Damage Restoration Specialist to lead drying operations on water-damaged buildings, supervise a hands-on team, and ensure top-quality restoration per IICRC standards.

You will document on-site conditions with advanced tech, coordinate with owners and insurers, and drive customer satisfaction from start to finish. Travel may be required for regional jobs and on-call duties.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years related work experience.
• Current IICRC WRT and ASD certifications.
• Insurable Pennsylvania Driver’s License.
• Pre-employment criminal background and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Working supervisory position responsible for full charge execution of drying strategies for buildings damaged by water from various sources.
• Lead a team to remove damaged materials and install advanced drying equipment.
• Follow IICRC guidelines and company processes to restore properties.
• Communicate with property owners, insurers, and file managers to coordinate progress.
• Oversee customer experience to drive positive reviews and satisfaction.
• Be prepared to mobilize and travel for out-of-state properties when needed.
