Job summary

Emergency Veterinary Services of Lisle seeks a Veterinary Technician to join our small animal emergency team. This full-time role includes evenings and a weekend shift, with no overnight shifts.

You will work with veterinarians to care for emergency patients, administer treatments, collect samples, and assist in surgery. Ideal candidates have at least one year of technician experience, competence with blood draws and IV catheter placement, and a calm, collaborative approach in a fast-paced

Emergency Veterinary Services of Lisle | Lisle, IL

Schedule: Full-Time | 4 evening shifts + 1 weekend shift weekly
Hours: Weeknights 4:00 PM–11:00 PM + one 12-hour weekend shift
Pay:$23–$30/hour, based on experience, credentials, and qualifications

When pets need emergency care, having a skilled and dependable technician makes all the difference. Emergency Veterinary Services of Lisle is looking for a Veterinary Technician to join our small animal emergency team.

You’ll work alongside veterinarians and other veterinary professionals caring for patients who need immediate attention. This role is a great fit for someone who enjoys variety, stays calm in a busy environment, and wants to build or expand their emergency medicine skills.

Your Schedule

• Full-time position

• Four evening shifts each week, 4:00 PM–11:00 PM

• One 12-hour weekend shift each week

• Weekend availability is required

• Some holidays are part of the schedule

• No overnight shifts

A Typical Day May Include

• Caring for hospitalized and emergency patients

• Administering treatments and medications
