VEG is seeking a Hospital Manager to lead our emergency veterinary hospitals with ownership and VEG Way principles. You’ll recruit, develop and empower VEGgies while maintaining high standards of patient care, operations and financial health.

You’ll collaborate with referring vets and local businesses to strengthen VEG’s reputation and ensure an inclusive, fast-paced hospital culture where teams can grow and patients receive outstanding care.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience overseeing and developing teams of 50+ people.
• Financial management experience including budgeting and payroll.
• Operations management including inventory and facilities management.
• Willingness to be coached and develop professionally.
• On-site role; this is not a remote position.

Responsibilities

• Actively recruit, hire, onboard and develop VEG hospital staff.
• Ensure hospital delivers a mind-blowing experience for patients, customers, and VEGgies.
• Maintain compliance, upkeep, and operational soundness of the hospital.
• Drive hospital performance to achieve financial targets and growth.
• Build partnerships with referring vets and local businesses.
