Veterinary Emergency Group (VEG) is seeking a Nursing Manager to lead a veterinary nursing team, fostering a culture of empowerment and collaboration. You will bridge process and purpose to deliver exceptional patient care and empower VEGgies to grow within a fast-paced emergency setting.

You will mentor, align hospital flow with leadership, and drive development pathways while upholding licensure and education standards.

Competenze

• Credentialed Veterinary Technician (CVT/RVT/LVT/LVMT) in the practicing state; AS/BS from AVMA-accredited program preferred.
• 5+ years in clinical veterinary nursing; emergency experience preferred; 2+ years leadership experience.
• Excellent communication and people skills.
• Willing to work in a noisy environment with odors.
• Available to work nights, weekends, and holidays on a rotating/needed basis.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, diverse environment.

• Manage day-to-day flow for the nursing team and ensure tools and support are available.
