Westford Veterinary Emergency & Referral Center in Westford, MA is seeking an Emergency Technician Supervisor to lead our emergency and critical care team. This full-time role partners with hospital leadership to deliver compassionate, high-quality care while supporting staff.

You will oversee workflow, patient care, and training, and you will help maintain records and a positive client experience in a busy 24/7 setting.

Qualifications

• Licensed VT or RVT in good standing.
• VTS in ECC strongly preferred.
• Minimum 3 years in a veterinary hospital.
• Previous leadership or supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor the emergency care team with daily guidance and feedback.
• Partner on hiring, onboarding, and performance management.
• Oversee daily workflow, staffing, and patient flow to ensure timely care.
• Supervise nursing care, treatments, and diagnostics as needed.
