Westford Veterinary Emergency & Referral Center, a 24/7 emergency and specialty hospital in Westford, MA, seeks a Veterinary Practice Manager to lead operations, develop leaders, and drive continuous improvement across departments.

You will partner with the Director of Hospital Operations and medical leadership to translate priorities into actionable plans, improve systems, and enhance patient care and client experience.

Qualifications

• Significant leadership experience within veterinary medicine.
• Experience leading teams and developing managers.
• Strong operational judgment in a fast-paced environment.
• Proven ability to interpret performance data and guide decisions.
• Experience with change management and process improvements.
