Qualifications

• Credentialed veterinary technician in the state of the VEG practice.
• 5+ years in a clinical veterinary nursing role.
• 2+ years of leadership experience.
• Excellent communication and people skills.
• Willing to work in a noisy environment with strong odors.
• Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day flow for the nursing team and provide tools/support.
• Oversee scheduling, payroll, productivity, hiring, onboarding and offboarding.
• Address patient care issues and team dynamics with empathy and clarity.
• Collaborate with hospital leadership to align on goals and flow.
• Guide team development using doctor feedback and maintain medical excellence.
