Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Triage cases and relay critical information to the clinical team.
• Document medical histories in the EMR and obtain vital signs when appropriate.
• Coordinate with veterinarians and technicians to prioritize cases.
• Enter service charges accurately to support invoicing.
