Job summary

Qualifications

• Associates Degree in Nursing or Nursing Diploma (or by endorsement) required.
• RN license in state of employment.
• Physical requirements: Medium work, lift up to 50 lbs occasionally, up to 20 lbs frequently, up to 10 lbs constantly.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient's physical, psychosocial, cultural, and spiritual needs; evaluate responses and intervene to ensure optimal outcomes.
• Develop and implement patient plan of care and monitor outcomes with the interdisciplinary team.
• Demonstrate competency in therapeutic/diagnostic interventions including IVs, wound care, medications, catheterization, and specimen collection.
• Maintain confidential patient records, document status and interventions, and support decision‑making with IT tools.
• Promote, advocate, and collaborate to protect patient health, safety, and rights.
• Provide patient/family education by assessing learning readiness and needs.
