Formación

• RN license in the state of employment.
• Associates Degree in Nursing or Nursing Diploma/endorsement.
• Physical requirements: medium work, lift up to 50 lbs occasionally, up to 20 lbs frequently, up to 10 lbs constantly.

Responsabilidades

• Assess patient’s physical, psychosocial, cultural, and spiritual needs; plan and intervene for optimum outcomes.
• Develop and implement patient care plans with the interdisciplinary team.
• Perform interventions including IVs, wound care, meds, catheterization, and specimen collection.
• Maintain accurate charts; document status and outcomes; use IT to communicate and support decision-making.
• Advocate for patient health, safety, and rights; collaborate with care teams.
• Educate patients and families; assess learning needs and deliver education.
