Job summary

Qualifications

• Staff capacity is defined as advisory capacity to line managers to provide program and administrative support.
• All classes in the Secretarial Group perform

Responsibilities

• Analyzes and recommends work procedure and space changes.
• Prepares workload and staffing reports for unit manager.
• Coordinates with unit served and departmental housekeeping, payroll, personnel, and reproduction services to resolve problems.
• Evaluates, orders, maintaining, loaning, and inventorying supplies and equipment; resolves procurement problems with the departmental supply officer.
• Supervises clerical personnel with responsibility for assigning and reviewing work, orientation, training and evaluation of work performance.
