Qualifications

• Associate Degree in Nursing (or equivalent) required.
• Completion of an accredited Nursing Program required.
• Registered Nurse license in Tennessee required upon hire.
• CPR (BLS) required upon hire; ACLS and PALS within 120 days.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and monitor patients, escalate acute changes as needed.
• Administer and monitor therapies, ensure patient rights and safety.
• Manage rapidly changing situations and anticipate patient needs.
• Prioritize and coordinate multiple patient needs in a timely manner.
• Contribute to a healing environment and advocate for patients.
• Explain conditions and educate patients about care and treatment.
