Qualifications

• Associate degree in nursing (ADN) or equivalent required or on hire
• Completion of an accredited nursing program
• TN RN license required upon hire and CPR certification
• ACLS within 120 days and PALS within 120 days
• BSN preferred upon hire

Responsibilities

• Diagnostic and patient monitoring with detection of acute changes and escalation of concerns
• Administration and monitoring of therapies and medications
• Manage rapidly changing situations and anticipate patient needs
• Organize workflows, prioritize tasks, and coordinate care across the team
• Provide patient comfort, advocate for patients, and contribute to a healing environment
• Assess and educate patients about condition and treatment plans
