Qualifications

• Required: Associate Degree in Nursing or equivalent and upon hire
• Required: Completion of an accredited Nursing Program and upon hire
• Required: Registered Nurse credential in TN upon hire
• Required: Basic Life Support (CPR) upon hire
• Required: Advanced Cardiac Life Support within 120 days
• Required: Pediatric Advanced Life Support within 120 days
• Preferred: Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or higher upon hire

Responsibilities

• Diagnostic and patient monitoring (detect acute changes, escalate as needed)
• Administer and monitor therapies (IVs, meds per rights, safety measures)
• Manage rapidly changing situations (assess, anticipate needs)
• Organize and coordinate to meet multiple patient needs promptly
• Contribute to healing environment and patient advocacy
• Assess and explain patient conditions and education readiness
