Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree or combination of education and directly related work experience.
Upon hire: Washington Registered Nurse License
Upon hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association
5 years relevant clinical experience.
Sufficient and progressively responsible management experience in medical, surgical or oncology setting.

Responsibilities

Provide management and support of operations and resource management.
Partner with Nursing and Medical Directors to develop program and fiscal planning.
Collaborate to develop integrated delivery system for assigned areas and seamless patient care.
