Job summary

Candidates must be 18+, with a high school diploma or GED. A background in public safety dispatching or 911 experience is preferred, and all applicants must attach a resume and cover letter.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• High school diploma, GED, or post-high school education.
• Two years of public safety dispatching or 911 call center experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Handle 911 calls and dispatch EMS and Fire resources.
• Operate call-taking, radio communications, system status, and operating talk groups.
• Participate in an iAESC/ACE Accredited Dispatch Center with a rotation of duties.
