Job summary

Erickson Senior Living’s Charlestown community is seeking a Security and Emergency Services Assistant Supervisor for the 12 Hour Night Shift (0700 - 1900). You will lead by example, oversee safety and security, enforce regulations, and manage incident reports while training and supporting the team.

Responsibilities include regular patrols, gatehouse staffing, responding to calls, enforcing parking, and completing shift and incident reports.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Minimum of 1 year of public safety supervisory experience.
• Current and valid driver’s license.
• State regulations may apply and take precedence.

Location: Charlestown by Erickson Senior Living 12 Hour Night Shift / 0700 -1900 Join our team as a Security and Emergency Services Assistant Supervisor, where you will lead by example in overseeing the safety and security of our community. In this role, you will enforce regulations, manage incident reports, and provide leadership, training, and support to the team to ensure smooth and safe operations.

• Compensation: commensurate with experience, range $23.00- $25.00.

How you will make an impact

• Perform regular patrols of the property, staffing of the gatehouse, and responds to emergency and routine calls for service
• Enforce parking and traffic regulations
• Ensure the completion of daily shift reports and incident reports (regarding medical response, theft of property, accidents, fires, serious mechanical malfunctions, emergency responses, violations of rules and regulations)
• Screen visitors, vendors, etc. at the gatehouse
• Supervisory Responsibilities: Assist in training, coaching, and counseling of employees.
• Provide daily leadership, supervision, motivation, and communication to direct & indirect reports
• Monitor team throughout the day and reinforces safety practices

What you will need

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in public safety supervisory (Fire/EMS/Law Enforcement) or comparable supervisory experience
• Current and valid driver’s license
