Job summary

Erickson Senior Living Charlestown is seeking a humane, patient-focused activity coordinator to support Intermission participants with dementia, leading social, creative programming and transport to activities.

You will partner with care teams, adapt programs to individual needs, assist with meal prep and attendance, and participate in ongoing training.

Qualifications

• Patience, flexibility and genuine interest in residents with dementia.
• Programming/activity experience preferred.
• Ability to work evenings/weekends.

Responsibilities

• Co-lead social activity-based programming for Intermission participants.
• Adopt a person-centered approach for residents.
• Design and implement creative programming.
• Assist in operation by leading activities and transporting residents.
• Engage in mealtime preparations.
• Complete daily attendance records.

Compensation

Compensation: commensurate with experience, range $15.00- $19.00.

How you will make an impact

• Co-lead social activity-based programming for Intermission participants

• Flexibility in work schedule to include evenings/weekends
