Qualifications

• Experience monitoring CCTV, fire alarm panels, and radio channels.

Responsibilities

• Actively monitors the status of dispatch systems and reports outages promptly.
• Maintains confidentiality and adheres to hospital policies at all times.
• Answers calls promptly, assesses urgency, and dispatches security officers accordingly.
• Uses camera systems and building monitoring to coordinate responder actions.
