Job summary

US Acute Care Solutions is seeking a night shift ED Scribe at Cullman Regional Medical Center in Cullman, AL. You will assist the ED provider with complete documentation in the EMR and help maintain smooth patient flow during the night hours.

The role requires strong typing speed, medical terminology knowledge, and the ability to multitask while supporting clinicians and nurses. Benefits and competitive compensation are offered.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 1–3 years of medical experience preferred.
• Strong data-entry and computer skills, including EMR documentation.

Responsibilities

• Review scribe data with the ED provider for completeness.
• Document history and physical as the provider performs them.
• Transcribe CT, ultrasound, labs and other results after review.
• Ensure patient records are complete at end of shift.
• Scribe reports to Lead Scribe and/or Facility Medical Director.
