Wellstar Kennestone Hospital in Georgia seeks a Registered Nurse (RN) for the Emergency Department night shift (WKD FT Nights) from 7pm to 7am. Join a team focused on exemplary patient care, interdisciplinary collaboration, and ongoing professional development within a leading health system.

Responsabilidades

• Exemplary nursing care using the nursing process with evidence-based practices, coordinating care and maintaining patient-centered focus.
• Coordinate safe, high-quality patient care through interdisciplinary communication and timely documentation.
• Complete ongoing competency assessments and serve as a preceptor or mentor to staff and students.
• Promote evidence-based practice and participate in data collection and performance improvement activities.
• Plan care across the continuum and collaborate with care managers to achieve best-practice outcomes.
• Perform other duties as assigned and comply with hospital policies and code of conduct.

Formação académica

Associates Nursing or Diploma (Nurse) Nursing or Bachelors Nursing-Preferred
