Job summary

Qualifications

• RN license required with minimum 6 months ER experience
• ACLS, BLS, TNCC, NCI, ENPC or PALS with timelines as specified
• ADN/BSN or RN Diploma completion as eligible education option
• Emergency nursing experience and clinical competencies aligned with ER standards

Responsibilities

• Assess patient pain regularly and adjust management accordingly
• Perform procedures and document care in the medical record
• Respond promptly to patient requests and anticipate needs
• Educate patients and families about conditions, treatments, medications, and follow-up
• Guide patients and caregivers on post-discharge self-management and lifestyle changes
