• RN with acute care ER experience and ability to assess pain and respond promptly.
• Ability to teach patients and families about conditions, treatment plans and follow-up.
• Documentation of care in the medical record and timely communication with providers.
• Completion of required certifications within specified timeframes.
• Commitment to high standards of safety and patient-centered care.
