• Performs procedures and monitors patient status; documents care in the medical record.
• Responds promptly to patient requests and communicates effectively with patients and families.
• Teaches patients and families about conditions, treatments, and follow-up; translates medical terminology for understanding.
• Supports patient self-management and healthy lifestyle changes as applicable.
