Job summary

TriStar NorthCrest Medical Center is seeking an experienced ER Registered Nurse to provide high-quality, patient-centered care in a fast-paced emergency department in Springfield, Tennessee. You will collaborate with physicians and the care team to deliver comprehensive treatment and support patient families throughout the care journey.

Responsibilities include pain assessment, timely documentation, proactive patient advocacy, and patient education on conditions, treatments, and discharge plans.

Qualifications

• 1+ Year ER RN experience required.
• ACLS, BCLS and NCI certifications within specified timeframes.
• PALS for pediatric emergencies.
• RN licensure with nursing degree or diploma.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient pain and manage pain control.
• Document care in medical records and follow physician orders.
• Respond promptly to patient requests and support family education.
• Educate patients and caregivers about condition, treatment plan, medications, and follow-up.
