TriStar Centennial Medical Center in Franklin, TN seeks a Registered Nurse to coordinate and deliver high quality, patient-centered care in collaboration with the care team, using established nursing models. The RN will assess pain, perform procedures, document care, respond to requests, and educate patients and families about conditions, treatment plans, medications, and self-management.

Requirements include two years ER experience, an Associate or Bachelor's degree or RN diploma, and

Qualifications

• RN with two years ER experience
• ACLS within 60 days of employment start date
• BLS within 30 days of employment start date
• Nonviolent Crisis Intervention within 6 months of start date
• PALS within 6 months of start date
• Associate Degree, or Bachelors Degree, or RN Diploma

Responsabilités

• Coordinates and delivers high quality patient-centered care.
• Collaborates with medical providers and care team.
• Assesses patient pain and promotes effective pain management.
• Documents care in the patient medical record in a timely manner.
• Teaches patients and families about medical condition, treatment plan, medications and follow-up measures.
