Mercy Health’s Lourdes Hospital is seeking an Emergency Room Registered Nurse (RN) to deliver exceptional care in a fast-paced ER. Responsibilities include coordinating with an interdisciplinary team, assessing patients, prioritizing care, and developing care plans to improve outcomes.

Qualified candidates will have an accredited nursing degree and active RN licensure, with BLS/ACLS/PALS certifications preferred or to be obtained within 6 months of hire.

• Graduate nursing degree required (Associates or Bachelors).
• Current state RN licensure required.
• BLS/ACLS/PALS certifications preferred or required within 6 months of hire.

• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to coordinate patient care.

• Assess patient status and update care plans to achieve expected outcomes.

• Perform other duties as assigned.
