Mercy Health’s Perrysburg Medical Center seeks an ER Registered Nurse to deliver exemplary care in a dynamic, fast-paced Emergency Department. You will collaborate with an interprofessional team, assess patient status, prioritize needs, and implement nursing interventions to improve outcomes.

The role requires an RN license, relevant education, and BLS/ACLS/PALS certifications with ACLS/PALS obtained within 6 months of hire. EPIC training is preferred and encouraged.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Nursing.
• Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN).
• BLS and ACLS/PALS certifications; ACLS/PALS required within 6 months of hire.

Responsabilités

• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team in a fast-paced ER.
• Assess patient status and determine priority of care needs.
• Develop and revise patient care plans to improve outcomes.
• Administer medications safely according to policies.
• Serve as primary point of contact for patient care coordination across departments.
