The role involves responding to patient needs, performing procedures, and educating patients and families about conditions, treatment plans, medications, and follow-up.

Qualifications

• Associate Degree in Nursing or RN Diploma (required).
• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing preferred.
• <1 year applicable experience.
• Current RN license in state of practice or compact license.
• BLS must be obtained within 30 days of start date.
• ACLS must be obtained within 90 days of start date.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and deliver high-quality, patient-centered care.
• Perform procedures and monitor patients; document care in medical records.
• Respond promptly to patient requests and anticipate needs.
• Educate patients and families about condition, treatment plan, medications and follow-up.
• Prepare patients and families for self-management and healthy lifestyle changes.
