Job summary

Emerus seeks an experienced ER Registered Nurse to assess, plan, direct, and evaluate patient care in the Emergency Room. You will deliver age-appropriate nursing care and maintain meticulous documentation, ensuring patient safety and privacy across shifts.

The role requires 2+ years in ER, current RN licensure, and BLS/ACLS/PALS certifications. TNCC preferred; English fluency mandatory. This is a full-time on-site position with opportunities to contribute to a dynamic, patient-centered team.

Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree or equivalent required; BSN preferred.
• Current state RN licensure without sanctions.
• 2+ years ER or equivalent full-time RN experience.
• Current BLS, ACLS and PALS certifications; TNCC preferred.
• English fluency for written and oral communication.

Responsibilities

• Plan, prioritize and provide nursing care appropriate for age and development.
• Document accurately and promptly in medical records.
• Monitor and record patient signs, symptoms and status.
• Follow physician orders in delivering care and interventions.
• Maintain patient privacy and confidentiality at all times.
• Perform admissions, discharges, and transfers as needed.
• Prepare equipment and supplies for procedures and assist as required.
