Job summary

Banner Health is seeking a skilled RN for our Emergency Department in Page, Arizona. This full-time role focuses on assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating nursing care across diverse patient populations in a fast-paced environment.

You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, ensure accurate documentation, and support patient education and discharge planning. A $15K sign-on bonus is available for qualified candidates.

Qualifications

• Must possess a current RN license in the state of practice.
• BLS certification required; additional certifications may be required by area.
• Experience in acute care hospital settings preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement, evaluate and document nursing care.
• Coordinate with physicians, nurses, and care teams for patient care.
• Promote evidence-based practice and participate in quality improvement.
• Provide patient and family teaching and discharge planning.
