Job summary

HonorHealth is seeking an RN for the Emergency Department on days at the Deer Valley campus in Phoenix, AZ. This full-time role runs 0700–1930 with varied days and weekends, offering a sign-on bonus up to $15,000 for eligible candidates.

• Associates or Diploma in Nursing; BSN within 60 months or 5+ years RN experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide and document nursing assessments, administer treatments and IV therapies.
• Develop and adjust patient care plans with a family-centered approach.
• Educate patients and families on post-treatment care and home needs.
• Collaborate with physicians and the multidisciplinary team.
• Ensure safety, quality and compliance with standards.
