Qualifications

• Post secondary education or training in medical office administration preferred.
• 0-2 years of healthcare registration or front desk experience required.
• 0-2 years of customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Register patients by collecting demographics and verifying insurance.
• Schedule procedures and pre-register patients.
• Verify insurance eligibility and obtain authorizations.
• Collect and document patient financial responsibility estimates.
• Maintain accurate, complete patient records and ensure proper ID controls.
