Surepoint Medical Centers in Mesquite, TX seeks an experienced RN to provide high-quality patient-focused care under physician orders, ensuring compliance with Texas laws and company policies.

The role acts as a liaison for clinical staff, supports physicians, and participates in laboratory duties and immunoassay processes as trained; ER experience and current certifications are required.

Qualifications

• Current Texas RN Nursing License or Compact State License in good standing.
• Two years of recent Emergency Room experience as an RN.
• Current ACLS, BLS, PALS certifications.
• Pass background check(s).
• Must have exceptional technical skills (IV, Foley, NG tubes, splinting, wound care, etc.).
• Ability to work in a high-pressure environment while maintaining excellent patient care and customer service.
• Ability to work all shifts including day, evening, weekends and holiday hours as needed.
• Effective team player.
• Detail oriented with exceptional interpersonal communication skills.
• Efficient time management skills with ability to anticipate workflow and perform synchronous tasks.
• Basic typing and computer proficiency, preferably experienced with Windows, Microsoft Office, EMR/EPM systems, etc...
• Active participant and willing to learn and perform labs as ordered by physician.

Responsabilités

• Provide high quality patient-focused health care services in accordance with physician orders and Texas laws.
• Serve as point of contact for clinical staff and assist physicians/providers in monitoring staff.
• Participate in laboratory duties and required immunoassay procedures as trained.
• Maintain proper inventory of supplies and assist with facility upkeep.
• Document patient interactions and ensure compliance with SOPs and OSHA/CLIA standards.
• Report issues to Nurse Manager and participate in quality improvement as needed.
