Belton Regional Medical Center, part of HCA Healthcare, is seeking a Clinical Nurse Coordinator (ER) to lead patient care on the shift. You will coordinate admission and discharge, supervise staff, and partner with management to deliver high-quality, patient-centered outcomes in a fast-paced emergency department.

Requirements include an active RN license, an Associate Degree in Nursing, ACLS and BLS, and TNCC/ATCN certification within six months.

Formación

• Active RN license is required.
• Associate Degree in Nursing is required.
• ACLS must be obtained within 60 days of start date.
• BLS certification is required.
• TNCC or ATCN certification must be obtained within 6 months of start date.

Responsabilidades

• Assist with admission and discharge processes to ensure throughput and high-quality, patient-centered care.
• Monitor and evaluate the quality of patient care in the unit, in collaboration with the management team.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts and managers to foster teamwork and improved outcomes.
• Support a patient-first philosophy and engage in service recovery as needed.
• Support staffing with scheduling and labor management to meet patient care needs.
• Assist with inventory control and management of supplies and equipment.
