HCA Houston Healthcare Southeast is seeking an Emergency Room Clinical Nurse Coordinator (RN) to lead nursing teams, coordinate shift operations, and mentor staff across our 24/7 emergency network in Pasadena, TX. The CNC will align clinical care with policy, promote outcomes, and support a top-tier patient experience in a Level III trauma setting.

The role requires ER RN experience, Texas licensure or compact license, and AHA-BLS/ACLS/PALS with TNCC and CPI timelines.

Competenze

• Graduate of an accredited diploma, associates, or baccalaureate degree registered nursing program.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing preferred.
• Current Registered Nurse License in the State of Texas or Multi-State Compact License.
• Current BLS, ACLS, and PALS issued from American Heart Association required
• TNCC within 4 months of hire date
• CPI within 30 days of hire date
• 1 year of clinical ER experience as a licensed RN required.
