Qualifications

• 3+ years of ER RN experience required.
• ACLS, BCLS, and Nonviolent Crisis Intervention certifications within specified timelines.
• PALS Pediatric Advanced Life Support within 6 months of start date.

Responsibilities

• Assists with admission and discharge processes for throughput.
• Participates in quality assessment of patient care in the unit.
• Collaborates with managers to foster teamwork and better outcomes.
• Supports patient-first philosophy and service recovery when needed.
• Assists with staff scheduling and productivity guidelines.
• Supports inventory control and supplies/equipment management.
• Involves interviewing, training staff, and evaluating performance.
