Qualifications

• BCLS certification required.
• Options include B-EMT, Medical Assistant program, nursing program (2-year+), medical doctor program, or 1 year ER Tech experience with certs within 12 months.

Responsibilities

• Assist with vital signs, EKG monitoring, and other technical tasks under RN/provider supervision.
• Help with patient positioning, comfort measures, and basic care needs.
• Prepare treatment areas, restock supplies, and ensure equipment readiness.
• Communicate with patients and families, provide reassurance during ER visits.
• Collaborate with nurses, providers, and ER staff to deliver patient care.
• Follow safety, infection control, and maintain a clean ER environment.
• Assist with patient transport and documentation support.
