Christian Hospital is seeking a Nursing Assistant to provide direct patient care under the supervision of licensed nurses. You will perform ADL assistance, take vital signs, and help maintain a safe, healing environment for patients.

Experience as a CNA, nurse assistant, EMT, or surgical technician is preferred. Education requires a High School Diploma or GED with CNA certification; 36-hour week, day shifts, and weekend rotation are included.

Qualifications

• Certified Nurse Assistant certification required.
• Preferred CNA, nurse assistant, EMT, or surgical tech experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care under nursing supervision, assisting with activities of daily living and vital signs.
• Collect clinical information and report changes to the nurse.
• Assist with patient and family education; document care activities accurately.
• Ensure availability of supplies and equipment for patient needs.
• Participate in safety, quality, and regulatory activities and ongoing professional development.
