AAA Mountain West Group in Oakland, CA is hiring a Tow Service Specialist. You will operate tow trucks safely, perform basic diagnostics, and deliver roadside assistance to members in need.

Starting pay is $27.50/hour with shift differentials and monthly bonuses, guaranteed 40 hours per week, and a robust benefits package including 401(k) matching, medical, dental and vision.

Training is provided and you’ll join a team that values service, safety, and a positive, helping-people culture.

• Providing essential roadside assistance, including tire changes, fuel delivery, and vehicle lock-outs.
• Building trust, problem-solving, and being a calming presence for our members on the scene.

What You’ll Do (Key Responsibilities)
