Job summary

AAA Mountain West Group (MWG) in Sacramento, CA seeks a Tow Service Specialist to be the face of roadside assistance. You will operate tow trucks, diagnose minor issues, and provide tire changes, fuel delivery, and lock-out services.

We offer guaranteed hours and a starting pay of $23.98 per hour, with shift differentials and monthly bonuses up to $1,900. Training is provided to support a customer-first, solution-focused approach.

Qualifications

• A valid driver’s license and a clean driving record
• Must be at least 21 years of age

Responsibilities

• Providing essential roadside assistance, including tire changes, fuel delivery, and vehicle lock-outs.
