Responsibilities

• Handle inbound/outbound calls and scheduling for roadside services.
• Record applications information and enter data into the computer system.
• Prioritize calls by urgency and coordinate driver assignments.
• Communicate ETA and match drivers to service needs.
• Monitor driver locations and coordinate schedules; stay composed under pressure.
• Perform billing for auto clubs and other parties as needed.
